No Man’s Land by David Baldacci; 2016; $9.99; 521 pages; Vision, New York, NY; 978-1-4555-8653-0; purchased at Rite-Aid, Roseburg, Oregon; 8/21/17-8/24/17

Why did I read this?  Because Ruthann was in another fabric store so I went next door to Rite Aid and bought this.  It was one of the few books that I wanted to read.  Baldacci is a very good writer and I have some of  his stuff before.

John Puller is a member of the Criminal Investigation Division and a case from 30 years ago involves his family.  He comes across a shady black op from the past that has made a super soldier who feels no pain and has very little compunction about killing.  Many members of the Army are attempting to cover their asses.  it is a really good thriller.
